Li Kwan Hung Education Fund

To assist students with disabilities studying with their able-bodied counterparts in local educational institutes at various levels.

PHAB Bursary Fund

To assist members with disabilities of the Association in attending short-term and part-time educational / vocational / professional / leadership training courses or interest classes organized by registered organizations, or taking recognized professional examinations with an aim to restore their self-esteem and enhance their job opportunities.

Sponsorship Fund

To assist:

Individuals with proven financial hardship in participating in activities which are conducted in Hong Kong, mainland China or overseas countries organized by the Association, or overseas trips / interflows / international conferences organized either by the Association/the HKCSS.
Carers of the persons with disabilities with proven financial hardship in having short break and release from their caring burden.
Non-profit-making organizations for/of the disabled with proven financial hardship in using the Pokfulam PHAB Camp.

PHAB Children & Youth Fund

To provide financial support to children and youth aged below 25 with disabilities in facilitating and enhancing their rehabilitation process, with an ultimate aim to improve their quality of living.

Home Modification Scheme

To enhance the home safety and self-care ability of the disabled, and relieving the stress of the carers.
